Live pricing — real sending is live in production

Simple enough for your agent to quote.

One formula: $49 a month covers your first 3 mailboxes, and each extra mailbox is $5 a month. Domains, setup, warm-up and sending are included; no setup fee, no domain fee—not an arbitrary bundle, and never a separate send-credit meter.

Choose your mailbox count

Every addition follows the same curve, so an owner or agent can calculate the exact monthly price before Coldrig sets anything up.

$49 for the first 3
No pricing cliffs

The same curve at every size.

Three is the minimum because a healthy cold-email setup needs enough mailboxes to distribute volume. From there, add only the capacity you need: every mailbox after the first three is $5 a month, at any size.

What counts as a mailbox?

01

Reserved capacity counts

A mailbox counts while Coldrig has it configured and reserved for your account—including while it is warming, send-ready, or health-paused. That is the capacity Coldrig pays for underneath.

02

Every change is quoted first

Before adding mailboxes, the billing surface and agent response should show the new count and projected monthly price. No silent mailbox addition and no surprise send overage.

03

Sends are not the billing meter

Coldrig does not sell a bucket of email credits. Sending is bounded by warmup stage, mailbox health, provider policy, and conservative daily limits—not by an incentive to exhaust a quota.

Included in the formula

One operating layer. Not another pile of seats.

The price covers the durable control plane that keeps your account's domains, mailboxes, warmup and campaigns running across sessions.

Status

Test the workflow before paying.

The API, hosted MCP endpoint, npm CLI, test mode, real sending from your Google Workspace mailboxes, and checkout and billing (Stripe live mode, real cards) are all live in production. Signup, billing, screening, and real mailbox setup are fully self-serve and automatic — mailbox send-authorization completes on our side after your mailboxes are set up — you don't wait on a queue or do anything. Free test mode cannot reach a real supplier, spend money, or send an email, and your API key stays the same when you go live.

Compare the whole stack, not one line item

The all-in math, not just the sticker price.

A true comparison sums every layer a working setup requires: mailbox seats, domains (registration and the ongoing burn-replacement cycle), warmup, the sending/sequencing platform, suppression/unsubscribe/compliance infrastructure, and any per-send fee. The $49/month above (3 mailboxes) is all six of those, bundled, with $0 per-send fees.

Next to cold email tools your AI assistant can run without code, Saleshandy costs $54, $63, $144, $187 and $362 a month at 3, 5, 10, 20 and 60 mailboxes, and EmailPal (its own mail servers, not Google mailboxes) $74, $77, $84, $100 and $231, against Coldrig's $49, $59, $84, $134 and $334. Each of those bills the software plan, the mailboxes and the domains separately; with Coldrig your assistant buys and sets up the domains and mailboxes inside one price. Pricing questions

Why is there a three-mailbox minimum?

One mailbox is not a sensible foundation for sustained cold outreach. The minimum creates enough room to ramp conservatively and distribute volume while preserving a simple $49 entry price.

Does a warming or paused mailbox count?

Yes. A mailbox counts while it is set up and kept for your account. Warming and health-paused mailboxes still occupy paid underlying capacity. A mailbox that has been fully removed no longer counts.

Are domains included?

Yes. Coldrig allocates the operational domains needed for the number of mailboxes you have set up, 3 to 5 mailboxes per domain (3 by default, 5 when you order more than 10 in your first month). Putting 5 on a domain means fewer domains, but if that domain gets burned, 5 mailboxes stop sending instead of 3. There is no domain fee. Bring-your-own-domain is supported, with explicit risk consent when the domain is your primary brand domain.

How soon do emails start going out?

Typically, first emails go out the same day you go live, or the next business morning, and each mailbox reaches full speed after about four weeks of warm-up. This is typical, not a guarantee.

Is there a send limit or overage fee?

There is no separate monthly send meter and no send overage fee. Per-mailbox daily caps still apply and can move downward based on warmup stage, mailbox health, bounce or complaint signals, and upstream provider rules.

What happens above 60 mailboxes?

Nothing changes: you keep adding mailboxes yourself, with no sales call, on the same published price—every extra mailbox is $5 a month at any size, with no further discount on top.
